Order confirmation:
All orders are confirmed automatically (via email). If there is a problem with delivery (backorder or items out of stock) you will receive an email notification within 1 business day.
You can follow your order status by clicking on the link in the order confirmation email, or by logging into your customer account. The order status is in the top left of the order page.

Orders that are to be paid by cheque will be held for 10 days, if payment has not been received at that time they will be cancelled automatically.

Credit/debit cards:
The graphics in the top right corner indicates which cards we accept.
NonSmokers Ltd. uses a payment-gateway from WorldPay. All card data is sent encrypted and not kept by NonSmokers Ltd.
If we are not able to fulfil your entire order, we can reduce your payment to the new total. However, we cannot increase the total in case you wish to add one or more order lines, and a new payment will be required in that case.

Shipping:
We normally ship your goods within 1 business day of confirmed payment. 
If your order contains non-stocked items, the order will only be shipped when we can make a single delivery.

 

Orders shipped to the UK are generally delivered by Royal Mail 1st class, and may require a signature on delivery. At extra cost, Royal Mail Special Delivery can be added to your order. Orders shipped to the rest of the EU are delivered by Royal Mail AirSure and can be tracked in the Royal Mail Track & Trace system.
For shipments that can be tracked, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Shipping charges:
All orders within the UK are shipped at a flat rate of £4.95, normally using Royal Mail 1st Class. If Special Delivery is required, the delivery charge is £7.95. Orders within the EU are shipped at a flat rate of DKK 100.00.
These charges are integrated in our system and you will always be informed of the shipping charges before you place your order. You will never pay higher shipping charges than those shown on the order confirmation screen.

Return of unwanted orders:
We operate a 20-days return policy in case of unwanted products or ordering mistakes.
The goods must be returned in original packaging and "as new" condition. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on liquids where the seal has been broken or on atomizers which have been used.

If you return the entire order within 7 days under the EU distance selling regulations, we will refund your entire purchase price including shipping. Otherwise you will receive a refund of the price paid for the goods returned (minus any promotional discounts if returning part of a multi-product promotion).

We will make any refund using the same payment method as you used when paying for your order, and process refunds within 1 business day of receiving the returned goods.

Product warranty:
We provide 2 years warranty against defects. When possible we will replace (with identical or similar specification product) or repair the defective goods, but in case this is not possible we may settle a warranty claim by providing a refund of the original purchase price.
At our discretion, and after prior agreement with NonSmokers Ltd., the cost of return shipping of this type will be refunded by us.
